WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Shipping timelines vary depending on drop and item. For the most up-to-date shipping information, please visit
your shipping status page. A shipping timeline estimate for any particular item is also made available on that item’s product page. Please also note that if you have ordered multiple items, your package will ship only when all items in the order are prepared for shipment. You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipment.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received in order to qualify. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (based on the initial delivery date off of the tracking slip), is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please note that certain items may be subject to a no return policy. Items that fall under this policy will be either marked as such on our website or you will be notified of the policy before checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final, and customers are notified of this policy prior to checkout. However, depending on available stock, we may be able to adjust the size of an item after an order is placed. To make a request for a size adjustment, please email info@awedtech.com.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I’LL HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS?
Each country has its own customs regulations and policies that determine the fees and duties imposed on imported goods. All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country. We advise looking up your country’s policies before purchasing so you are aware of any potential fees.
